Data Deletion Request

Overview

EZLeads is committed to honoring data-deletion rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Meta Platform Terms, Google Ads Data Processing Terms and similar regulations. This page explains how anyone — whether you submitted a Lead Ad on Facebook, filled out a form on a dealership's site, or are an end user of the EZLeads app — can request that we delete personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

You have several options:

1. Use the self-service request form on this page.
2. Email privacy@ezleads.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
3. Call us at (786) 755-0991 during US business hours.
4. If you are an EZLeads dealership user, open the support ticket form inside the app.

If you submitted a lead through a dealership's Lead Ad or form, you may also contact that dealership directly — they are the data controller.

Facebook / Meta — automated deletion flow

If you used Facebook Login or interacted with our Facebook integrations and want to remove your data, you can:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find the EZLeads app in the list.
3. Click "Remove" — this revokes the app's access and triggers Meta's data-deletion callback to our servers.

Upon receiving the callback at /api/meta/data-deletion-callback, EZLeads will:

• Generate a unique confirmation code for your request;
• Delete or anonymize the personal data we hold from your Facebook account within 30 days;
• Make a status URL available at https://ezleads.io/legal/data-deletion/status?code=<your-code> per Meta's requirements.

You can also email us with the subject "Facebook data deletion" to perform this deletion manually.

Google / TikTok / Microsoft Advertising

If you submitted a lead via Google Lead Forms, TikTok Lead Generation or Microsoft Lead Extensions, the same rules apply. Use the form below or email us — we'll route the request to the relevant dealership and delete data we hold within 30 days.

Submit deletion request

Our response timeline

• Acknowledgement: within 1 business day.
• Identity verification (if needed): within 7 calendar days.
• Final action (deletion / anonymization / response): within 30 calendar days.
• Confirmation: we email a confirmation when the request is complete, including the confirmation code referenced in any platform-mandated callback.

When we may not delete

We may retain certain data even after a deletion request when:

• Required by law (tax, accounting, anti-fraud, legal-hold obligations);
• Necessary to enforce our legal rights or defend a legal claim;
• The data has been irreversibly aggregated or anonymized.

In any case, we will inform you of any retained categories and the legal basis.
